Accurate HVAC work estimate. 4. Making sure that all instruments are accurately functioning and calibrated based on the manufacturer requirements. 5. Assuring a precise and timely preparation of field TAB reports for immediate submission to HVAC office in order to finalize the report and avoid delay on payment collection. 6. Training of all field personnel to cope with the nature of HVAC TAB work is mandatory & lasting implementation is required until necessary tab expertise is attained 7. Clear-cut selection of TAB technicians and assistance for work assignments making certain to beat or to meet the project’s allocated man hours and assuring prompt projects work completion as per client demand. 8. Timely preparation and distribution of site memorandum when required for any rectification work required when deficiencies preclude completion of the work 9. Ensuring that the projects scope of the work has been satisfied or completed to a specific quality level. (This would be fulfilled when all field personnel are well versed of the contract agreement and the project specification, including readiness of the necessary instrument)
