My Client was formed in Dubai in 1985, Over the years, they have become synonymous with quality real estate developments through thier involvement in many of the key projects that have defined the very landscape and physical infrastructure of the UAE and Qatar.
Their experience covers:
•Corporate mixed use portfolios delivering seamless end to end property management services with a single client relationship manager (if required) covering all asset classes.
• Commercial property management and residential property management, compounds and apartment buildings managed on behalf of single owners.
•Large mixed use developments, which have a number of complementary uses (commercial, retail and residential)
•Management of Freehold Individual owned units.
•Lease hold apartments in old and new Buildings ranging from brand new apartment blocks to more established buildings.
My Client Currently has an Exciting opportunity for Head of Poject Management.The Purpose of the role is to run and supervise the property management team in Qatar, My Client seeks someone with experience of leading an enthusiastic team of property managers, working with letting departments and running their own portfolio of multi unit clients.
The job will involve: overseeing an expanding team, require a proven ability to deal with the demanding nature of the letting market, lettings health & safety, compliance and contractors and all aspects of managing property with quality of service to the fore. Applicants should also be used to advising on, initiating and successfully concluding major maintenance and refurbishment projects and ensure contractors represent best-in-field and work to accepted SLAs. Not least, they should also be adept at winning new business and expanding the portfolio.
It is imperative for the successful candidate to have strong leadership skills and to be self motivated, enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, confidence when dealing with staff, tenants & clients, be able to build rapport and to develop long term relationships. They should also be an experienced problem solver used to the effective handling of disputes and resolution of issues.
Candidate Profile

•Manage the progress of maintenance issues and see them through to completion
•Ensure the effective handling of day to day property maintenance issues reported by tenants and communicating with contractors and Landlords as necessary
•Management reporting and data handling
